The current IT does not support the employee’s needs because it fails to offer means of frequent communication. For instance, some features such as intranet sites and instant messaging require a reliable Internet connection. However, a stable connection is not always achieved because of slow Internet or weak signal strength.
The technology in use is not outdated and is effective in meeting the company’s objectives. This is because contemporary innovations are utilized to meet the company’s goals and expectations. Moreover, the fact that the technology enhances collaboration within the organization is quite commendable. In fact, the technology proves to be useful to the organization.
